HOMEMADE LEMONADE

Making lemonade at home is so simple and tastes amazing. If you are a fan of the fruit flavored lemonades at Wendy’s, you are going to love this Peach Lemonade.

This lemonade can be adjusted to fit your preferences. There are so many flavor options.

INGREDIENT OPTIONS:

Sweetener – Adjust the sugar to fit your tastes. Sugar can also be substituted for your preferred sweetener such as stevia or monk fruit.

Fruit – You can use most any type of fruit that goes with lemonade. Mango, pineapple, strawberry, blackberry, etc.

PEACH LEMONADE STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store lemonade in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups cold water divided
  • 29 oz can sliced peaches*
  • 5 lemons freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup white granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Puree the peaches with four cups of water until smooth and no chunks of peach remain.
  • Add the pureed peach mixture to a large pitcher along with the remaining water, lemon juice, and sugar.
  • Whisk the ingredients until the sugar is dissolved, serve cold.

Notes

*You can also use fresh peaches in this lemonade. You will need 2 cups of sliced peaches. Frozen peaches work as well; however, you will want to let them thaw in the fridge before pureeing them.
