What Temperature Should Pork Chops Be Cooked To

I tend to prefer my pork on the well done side. But if you want super tender chops then shoot for 145ºF internal temp.

  • Bone-In Pork Chops (approx 1″ thick)
  • Oil
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Vine Tomatoes
  • Pesto
  • Shaved Parmesan Cheese

How To Bake Pesto Pork Chops

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF
  2. Generously grease rimmed sheet pan.
  3. Coat pork chops with oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to sheet pan. Place tomatoes beside chops and brush with oil.
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes or until desired doneness. Top with pesto the last 2 minutes of cook time.
  5. Serve topped with parmesan.
