How Should You Season And Sauce Bbq Pork Chops

To start, season chops with salt, pepper and smoked paprika.

Slather on your favorite bbq sauce then broil. My daughter LOVES Kinders Bbq Sauce. So that is what I usually have on hand. We get it at Costco.

But, if you are following the Paleo, Whole 30 or Keto diets just use a bbq sauce that fits within your eating plan. Then these pork chops will be Whole 30, Paleo or Keto.

How Long Do Pork Chops Take To Bake

I like to cook my chops high and fast. 425ºF for about 30 minutes (depending on thickness) then broil on high the last 5 minutes.

This time is for pork chops that are about 1/2 – 3/4 inch thick. You may need to add or subtract to cooking time depending on the thickness of your pork chops.

  1. I think, in the future, I’m gonna take the parchment paper off the pan *before* I broil the meat. Broiling parchment paper = not a good idea. 😬

    1. You right. I meant to edit this post regarding the parchment paper. Thanks for the reminder 🙂

  2. I think it would be a good idea to fix the parchment paper thing before somone burns their house down. I am getting the fire extinguishers out as my boyfriend is hell bent on following the recipe using the parchment paper.
