CUBAN SLIDERS
These CUBAN SLIDERS are a mini version inspired by Cuban Sandwiches. Soft rolls filled with sliced ham, pulled pork, Swiss cheese and pickles.

Cuban Sandwich Sliders
A Cubano is a sandwich made with roasted pork, sliced ham, cheese, mustard and pickles. It is made in a soft roll then pressed on a griddle to flatten and heat. These Cuban Sliders are inspired by those famous Cuban sandwiches. All the great flavors of a Cubano and made to feed a crowd.

INGREDIENT OPTIONS:
- Use your preferred slider rolls.
- Swap Swiss cheese with muenster, havarti or provolone.
- Leftover holiday ham can be used in place of the deli ham.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
● Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
CAN THESE SLIDERS BE MADE AHEAD?
- Sliders can be assembled a day ahead, bake just before serving.

CUBAN SLIDERS

Ingredients
- 1 12 count package Hawaiian dinner rolls
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 8 oz thinly sliced deli ham
- 2 ½ cups cooked pulled pork
- 12 slices swiss cheese
- 25-30 dill pickle chips
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9x13” baking dish and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, spicy brown mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion and poppy seeds. Set aside.
- Use a sharp serrated knife to cut through the rolls crosswise and place the bottom half of your rolls in the prepared baking pan.
- Add 6 slices of cheese in a layer on top of the rolls.
- Add a layer of the sliced deli ham, followed by the pulled pork.
- Place the remaining 6 slices of cheese on top of the pulled pork.
- Layer the dill pickles on top of the cheese and place the top of the rolls back on.
- Brush the top of the rolls with the butter mustard sauce until evenly coated.
- Cover your baking dish loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until rolls are golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
