Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9x13” baking dish and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, spicy brown mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion and poppy seeds. Set aside.
Use a sharp serrated knife to cut through the rolls crosswise and place the bottom half of your rolls in the prepared baking pan.
Add 6 slices of cheese in a layer on top of the rolls.
Add a layer of the sliced deli ham, followed by the pulled pork.
Place the remaining 6 slices of cheese on top of the pulled pork.
Layer the dill pickles on top of the cheese and place the top of the rolls back on.
Brush the top of the rolls with the butter mustard sauce until evenly coated.
Cover your baking dish loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until rolls are golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
