- Chicken Breast
- Cream Cheese
- Mayonnaise
- Garlic Powder
- Chili Powder
- Salt/Pepper
- Bacon
- Jalapeno
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
How To Make Jalapeño Popper Chicken Salad
- Cook chicken using preferred method. I usually poach chicken for chicken salad (simmer in water 15-20 minutes). Chop and set aside.
- Prep bacon and chop jalapeno.
- Combine chicken, cream cheese, mayo, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Stir in chopped bacon, jalapeños and shredded cheddar.
- Serve cold.

- 4 ounces Cream Cheese - softened
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
- Pinch Salt/Pepper
- 4 Slices Cooked Bacon - chopped
- 1 Large Jalapeno - seeded & chopped
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
