Loaded Baked Potatoes

These are basically loaded baked potatoes with a unique twist. Inspired by Big Macs – these potatoes are topped with burger, lettuce, cheese, onions, pickles, sesame seeds and a creamy burger sauce.

A great way to enjoy fast food burger flavors in a different way. I love the classics but sometimes want a meal that is totally out of the box. These Big Mac Baked Potatoes are definitely a new meal to change up your dinner routine.

How To Prepare Baked Potatoes:

  1. Air Fryer – air fry punctured potatoes  at 400ºF for 35 minutes –> Air Fryer Baked Potato Recipe
  2. Oven Baked – bake punctured potatoes at 450ºF for 45 minutes.
  3. Microwave – microwave punctured poatato wrapped in paper towel for 5-6 minutes.

Ingredient Options:

  • Ground chicken or turkey can be used instead of the ground beef.
  • Add more of your favorite burger toppings, such as: bacon, jalapeños, tomatoes, etc.

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Russet Potatoes
  • ½ lb Hamburger
  • 1 tablespoon Burger Seasoning
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Onions
  • 8 Pickle Slices
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Mustard
  • ¼ cup Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Salt to Taste

Instructions

  • Prepare potatoes using preferred method.*
  • Combine mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, garlic, onion powder and salt to mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.
  • Add your hamburger and burger seasoning to a skillet, cook on medium heat until browned all the way through. Drain excess grease.
  • Cut potatoes down the center and spread open. Top with lettuce and cooked hamburger.
  • Add your shredded cheese, minced onions, pickles, and sesame seeds to the top.
  • Drizzle your prepared Big Mac sauce on top.
  • Serve warm.
