BIG MAC BAKED POTATO
BIG MAC BAKED POTATO - Your favorite fast food burger in loaded baked potato form. A baked potato loaded with burger, lettuce, cheese, onions, pickles, sesame seeds and burger sauce.
Combine mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, garlic, onion powder and salt to mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.
Add your hamburger and burger seasoning to a skillet, cook on medium heat until browned all the way through. Drain excess grease.
Cut potatoes down the center and spread open. Top with lettuce and cooked hamburger.
Add your shredded cheese, minced onions, pickles, and sesame seeds to the top.
Drizzle your prepared Big Mac sauce on top.
Serve warm.
Notes
*Air Fryer - air fry punctured potatoes at 400ºF for 35 minutes. Oven Baked - bake punctured potatoes at 450ºF for 45 minutes. Microwave - microwave punctured poatato wrapped in paper towel for 5-6 minutes.
