The main reason we all go to Olive Garden – that delicious salad and breadsticks. And maybe the soup too.
In fact, if you are wanting to serve an entire Copycat Olive Garden meal – make this ZUPPA TOSCANA SOUP.

- You can make this salad for up to 8 hours before combining all but the dressing in a large serving bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge until ready to serve. Once you’re ready to serve, toss the salad with dressing and enjoy.
- This salad is best enjoyed fresh, but if you have leftovers they will store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 day. Anything past that will make the lettuce and croutons soggy.
- Roma tomatoes are best for this recipe, but if you can’t find any at the store you can use any type of tomato.
