Everything Bagel Dip – Keto

This dip made with cream cheese and everything but the bagel seasoning is great with almost anything. Veggies, crackers and even salami. It is so snackable that before you know it you’ve eaten half the dip.

I love everything bagels. So that everything bagel seasoning from Trader Joe’s is definitely one of my favorites. If you don’t have a Trader Joe’s near you, here is a recipe for a homemade version: Everything Bagel Seasoning

What To Dip Into Cream Cheese Everything Bagel Dip

If you are following a low carb diet, this dip is fantastic with celery, carrots, sliced peppers, cucumber slices, cheese ‘crackers’, salami and pork rinds.

If not following a low carb diet, this dip is obviously wonderful with chips and crackers.

  • Cream Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Everything Bagel Season
  • Parsley

How To Make Cream Cheese Dip With Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Mix for 2 minutes with hand mixer until light and fluffy.
  3. Transfer to an air tight container and refrigerate.

How Long Do Cream Cheese Dips Last In The Refrigerator

This will last a week easily. If you omit the fresh parsley it will last even longer.

Be sure to refrigerate and store in an air tight container.

Can You Freeze Dips With Cream Cheese

Yes, cream cheese based dips can be frozen. Once thawed they aren’t as good as when freshly prepared. But if need be, the dip can be frozen.

  • 2 Tablespoons Everything Bagel Season
  • Handful Fresh Parsley - chopped

Notes

Add 1/2 cup more sour cream if you prefer a thinner dip.
