Equipment

Ingredients

  • DIP:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 7 ounces Marshmallow fluff
  • 10.5 ounces Strawberry Yogurt
  • Red food coloring optional
  • BOARD:
  • 12-15 Spring Colored Macarons
  • 15 Small Carrots with stems
  • 8-10 Medium to Large Strawberries
  • 1 1/2 Cups Raspberries
  • 2 Cups Green Grapes
  • 2 Cups Red Grapes
  • 7 Ounces Animal Crackers or bunny crackers
  • 3-4 Chocolate round candies
  • Mini chocolate chips for Mouth
  • 1 Twizzler in strips
  • Mini marshmallows for filler if needed

Instructions

  • DIP: In a large bowl combine cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and strawberry yogurt with mixer. Optional to add a few drops of red food coloring to make more pink. Place in the fridge to set up while you prep the rest of your board.
  • BOARD: Prep your fruit and carrots by washing and allowing them to completely dry. You can add parchment paper to your board for easy clean up and less staining from the fruit.
  • Once all of your ingredients are ready, add your fruit dip to a round white or clear bowl. Place in the center of your board. We are going to work around the bunny. Using your premade macarons form them into your bunny ears, matching the colors on each side to look more uniform. Place raspberries between to fill in gaps.
  • Surround your board with the remaining of your ingredients, filling in any extra space with leftover macarons or mini marshmallows.
  • To make your bunny face use your chocolate round candies for the eyes and nose. Cut 6 equal strips of your twizzler for the whiskers and make a little bunny mouth with the mini chocolate chips.
