California Spaghetti Pasta Salad

This is more of a California-Italian Spaghetti Pasta Salad. It’s got some Italian flavors and a little California flair. . . so Cali-Italian Pasta Salad is what I call it.

This pasta salad is great as a side dish but is even satisfying enough for a main dish. Full of veggies, salami and cheese then tossed with Italian dressing this could definitely be a meal itself.

Plus, it doesn’t get easier than this pasta salad recipe. If you can boil water and cut things you can make this spaghetti salad.

Can This Spaghetti Pasta Salad Be Made With Store Bought Italian Dressing?

Yes! I have included the simple Italian dressing recipe for those that want to make it at home. But there are really tasty Italian dressings available at the grocery store. Buy your favorite dressing and use as much as you like.

I’m all about short cuts and really anything that will make life (and cooking) easier. To save even more time you can use sliced olives and just toss the cherry tomatoes in whole.

How Long Will Pasta Salad Keep In The Refrigerator

Pasta salad will stay good in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. However, I always eat pasta salad within 3 days because the pasta tends to absorb moisture from the dressing and ingredients.

Be sure to store pasta salad in an airtight container while in the refrigerator.

What Goes Well With Pasta Salad

Pasta salad goes well alongside most any protein, especially barbecue. That is why this Spaghetti Pasta Salad is great for picnics, barbecues, parties and potlucks.
