Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and allow to cool in large bowl.
Add tomatoes, cucumber, olives, artichoke hearts, onion, salami and parmesan to bowl.
Mix dressing ingredients: oil, vinegar, garlic, Italian season, salt, pepper and sugar (optional).
Pour dressing over pasta and veggies. Toss until pasta salad is evenly coated with dressing.
Top with fresh Italian Parsley and serve cold.
