These Bbq Brisket Sheet Pan Nachos are perfect for feeding a hungry crowd. Sheet pan nachos are so easy because we are just layering everything, baking then adding toppings. Simple.

This recipe calls for already cooked brisket leftovers. Use this SLOW COOKER BRISKET RECIPE or cook your brisket however you prefer. Make the slaw, layer the nachos, bake then add the toppings.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • NACHOS:
  • ¾ lb cooked shredded beef brisket
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce + extra for toppings
  • ½ cup queso
  • 2 cups shredded cheese blend
  • Tortilla Chips
  • Cilantro
  • Guacamole
  • Pickled Jalapeños
  • SLAW:
  • ½ cup shredded purple cabbage
  • ¼ cup shredded green cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp c chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt sour cream
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF - Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together slaw dressing ingredients: mayo, yogurt, mustard, honey, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix the dressing together with the cabbage and cilantro. Set aside to marinate while the nachos are baking.
  • Layer ½ tortilla chips, queso, shredded cheese and brisket, then layer the rest of the tortillas chips, queso, cheese and brisket.
    Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melted.
  • Remove from oven then add slaw mix, extra BBQ sauce and any other toppings you prefer. Serve immediately.
