Deviled eggs are one of my favorite appetizers to make for holidays and parties. While I am perfectly happy devouring the classic deviled egg – it’s nice to have a few unique variations for those adventurous eaters.

These Bacon Deviled Eggs make so much sense because, well, bacon and eggs – duh. The perfect combination.

Ingredient Options:

  • Omit the sriracha for a non-spicy version or use a different hot sauce if preferred. I love the Old Bay Hot Sauce in deviled eggs.
  • Increase or decrease the amount of mayo to fit your preferred consistency.
  • Chives are optional.

Ingredients

  • 8 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3-4 bacon slices cooked and chopped
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce
  • ½ tbsp chopped chives

Instructions

  • Hard boil the eggs using your preferred method. Here is the method I use: How To Make Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs
  • With your eggs ready to use - cut them into halves, lengthwise. Then gently remove the yolks and place into a bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise and sriracha sauce - mix with the yolks. Use a fork to combine until you achieve a smooth paste. Optional: add chopped chive to the yolk mixture. Note: if you use a piping bag to fill the eggs, adding chive to the mixture will block up the tip of the piping bag.
  • Fill each egg white with the yolk mixture.
  • Garnish with bacon crumbles and chopped chives.
