Pecan Cranberry Goat Cheese Log

This Goat Cheese Log is a fun, festive appetizer that will brighten up your table. Even better is just how easy it is to make. Chop the coating ingredients then roll the cheese log into it. Drizzle with honey and serve with crackers.

  • Plain Goat Cheese Log
  • Pecans
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Parsley
  • Honey
  • Crackers

How To Make Cranberry Pecan Cheese Log

  1. Mix pecans, cranberries and parsley then spread in an even layer on a large cutting board.
  2. Roll cheese log into coating mixture. Press into any bare spots. Transfer to serving platter along with remaining coating mixture.
  3. Drizzle cheese log with honey and serve with crackers. (best at room temp to soften)

  • 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Pecans
  • 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Dried Cranberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley
  • 4 Tablespoons Honey
  • Crackers

Instructions

    1. Mix pecans, cranberries and parsley then spread in an even layer on a large cutting board.
    2. Roll cheese log into coating mixture. Press into any bare spots. Transfer to serving platter along with remaining coating mixture.
    3. Drizzle cheese log with honey, sprinkle with sea salt and serve with crackers. (best at room temp to soften)
