- Pecans
- Dried Cranberries
- Parsley
- Honey
- Crackers
How To Make Cranberry Pecan Cheese Log
- Mix pecans, cranberries and parsley then spread in an even layer on a large cutting board.
- Roll cheese log into coating mixture. Press into any bare spots. Transfer to serving platter along with remaining coating mixture.
- Drizzle cheese log with honey and serve with crackers. (best at room temp to soften)

- 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Dried Cranberries
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley
- 4 Tablespoons Honey
