CILANTRO LIME DRESSING GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD
Equipment
Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 1/2 Cup packed Cilantro Leaves – finely chopped
- Zest and Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 Garlic Clove – grated
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil or avocado oil
- 2 Tablespoon Honey
- Salt/Pepper
- SALAD:
- 1/2 Lb Cooked Chicken Thighs or Breast
- 2 Heads Romaine Lettuce – chopped
- 8 ounces Plum Tomatoes – halved
- 1-2 Avocados – sliced
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese Blend
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in dressing shaker or mason jar with lid. Shake until completely incorporated.
- Prep salads then drizzle dressing on top.
