  • Olive Oil
  • White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Honey
  • Poppy Seeds
  • Course Ground Mustard
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Power Spring Greens
  • Pomegranate Arils
  • Pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • Pecan Halves
  • Crumbled Goat Cheese (feta or gorgonzola work well too)
  • Honeycrisp Apple

How To Make Fresh Autumn Salad

  1. Whisk together oil, vinegar, honey, poppy seeds, mustard, salt and pepper until fully combined. It will take 1-2 minutes of whisking for the vinaigrette to emulsify.
  2. In large bowl combine greens, pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds, pecans, cheese and apples. Pour dressing over the top and toss salad until evenly coated with dressing. Serve.
