CILANTRO LIME DRESSING GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients

  • DRESSING:
  • 1/2 Cup packed Cilantro Leaves – finely chopped
  • Zest and Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 Garlic Clove – grated
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil or avocado oil
  • 2 Tablespoon Honey
  • Salt/Pepper
  • SALAD:
  • 1/2 Lb Cooked Chicken Thighs or Breast
  • 2 Heads Romaine Lettuce – chopped
  • 8 ounces Plum Tomatoes – halved
  • 1-2 Avocados – sliced
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese Blend

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in dressing shaker or mason jar with lid. Shake until completely incorporated.
  • Prep salads then drizzle dressing on top.

Notes

Makes 1/2 cup dressing.
