This Christmas Tree Cheese Board is one of those easy appetizers you can set out for folks to snack on. It’s fun, festive, tasty and ready in less than 15 minutes.

Ingredient Options:
- Use a larger assortment of cheeses if you prefer. Swiss, Manchego, Gouda, Muenster, Havarti, Brie, etc.
- Feel free to add vegetables to the tray, such as: peppers, celery, carrots.
- More additions: nuts, herbs, olives, pickled veg.

Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 cup Colby Jack cheese cubed
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese cubed
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the Colby Jack and Cheddar cheeses into small, bite-sized cubes.
- Wash and pat dry the cherry tomatoes.
- On a tree shaped platter, arrange the cheddar, tomatoes, colby jack and rosemary in sections. Repeat until tray is filled.
- Garnish with additional fresh rosemary sprigs.
