APPETIZER PINWHEELS
Pinwheel Roll Ups are one of my favorite appetizers to make and serve. They are super easy to prepare, have so many flavor variations and are always a crowd favorite.
These pinwheels highlight the tangy briny olives combined with cream cheese. They make the perfect pair all rolled up into a tortilla bite.
INGREDIENT OPTIONS:
- Use just green olives or only black olives if you prefer.
- Jarred roasted red peppers can be used in place of the fresh red pepper.
- Adjust or add seasonings to fit your tastes.
- Use low carb tortillas for a low carb appetizer.

HOLIDAY APPETIZER
These pinwheels can be arranged into the shape of a Christmas tree for a super festive and fun holiday appetizer.
Or serve plain on a platter any time of the year.
