Ranch Potatoes In Oven

These potatoes are unbelievably tasty between the ranch flavor and the melty cheese, it doesn’t get much better. Even if you are not usually a die hard ranch fan these potatoes will not disappoint.

Cheesy Potatoes is also a great side dish because it does not take much effort and only requires a few ingredients. Really, this could be a dinner or breakfast dish.

Ingredients Needed For Ranch Potatoes + Cheese

  • Baby Dutch Potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Dry Ranch Mix
  • Colby/Jack Cheese

How Do You Cook Ranch Potatoes In An Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF
  2. Cut potatoes in halves or quarters, all equal in size.
  3. Toss potatoes with oil and ranch mix. Transfer to rimmed baking sheet sprayed with nonstick. Arrange potatoes in an even layer.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, toss half way through cooking time.
  5. Once potatoes are fork tender, top with shredded cheese and return to the oven for 1 minute to melt.
  6. Top with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
