This dish will bring a bit of spice to your dinner rotation. It is a simple blend of shrimp, rice, peppers, onions, Cajun seasoning and Muir Glen Organic Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes.

Muir Glen Organic Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes are slightly smoky from the fire roasting process, which adds a great pop of flavor to this recipe. And just the right amount of sea salt brings out the flavor of the tomatoes. Probably the tastiest tomatoes you’ve ever tasted. Field-to-can in 8 hours or less!

These Muir Glen Organic Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, and everything else you need to make this Cajun Shrimp and Rice Casserole, can be found at your local Safeway. These Organic Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes can be found in the canned food aisle.
