Butter Honey Garlic Salmon Recipe

Salmon is one of those meals that is great for weeknight dinner because it is quick, easy and low effort. Salmon can be a bit intimidating at first. But once you make it you soon realize how simple it really is.

What Is The Best Way To Bake Salmon In Foil

I don’t always use foil when I bake salmon. I use parchment paper for my Lemon Dill Salmon and for Baked Salmon and Asparagus. But, this Butter Honey Garlic Salmon Recipe needs foil to keep all that buttery honey goodness in with the salmon. Foil works really well with this salmon recipe because it keeps the liquid surrounding the salmon. I don’t fully enclose the salmon in foil, just fold up the sides to keep the juices in there.

If you need a side dish, here are a few easy sides that will go nicely with this baked salmon: Roasted Lemon Garlic Mushrooms, Roasted Broccolini, Oven Roasted Asparagus or Lemon Garlic Kale Salad.

How To Make Honey Garlic Salmon

  1. Mix glaze ingredients until thoroughly combined.
  2. Place salmon on greased foil and fold up the sides, leaving the top open.
  3. Pour glaze over salmon fillet and spread evenly.
  4. Bake 14-15 minutes then broil on high for 2-3 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
  5. Serve with fresh parsley and lemon.
