How long do you roast mushrooms at 400ºF?

This will vary depending on the size of your mushrooms. Small mushrooms can be done within 15-20 minutes. Medium mushrooms will take approximately 20-25 minutes. Large mushrooms can take 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces Cremini Mushrooms
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 4 Garlic Cloves (grated)
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Parsley
  • Lemon Zest

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF
  • Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel and trim stems. Toss mushrooms with oil, lemon juice and garlic cloves. Transfer to a roasting dish or rimmed baking sheet.
  • Roast for 10 minutes. Toss then roast for 10-15 minutes more or until desired tenderness.
  • Remove from oven. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and lemon zest to serve.
