OVEN BAKED SLIDERS
These sliders are perfect for game-days, parties or potlucks. Creamy, cheesy, buffalo spiced chicken tucked inside soft Hawaiian rolls then baked to perfection.

INGREDIENT OPTIONS:
- Cheese: Colby/Jack cheese can be used for a slightly meltier version.
- Ranch: You can omit the ranch dressing but it will be a far less creamy chicken mixture.
- Adjust the ranch and buffalo sauce to fit your tastes.

BUFFALO CHICKEN SLIDERS

Ingredients
- 1 package Kings Hawaiian Rolls 12 count
- 3 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Black Pepper Parmesan Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350º F.
- Grease a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Add the melted butter and black pepper parmesan seasoning mix to a bowl and stir together. Set aside.
- Combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce and ranch dressing in a large bowl.
- Using a large bread knife, cut through the middle of the sweet rolls. Be sure to keep allsweet rolls attached to one another.
- Place the bottom of the sweet rolls in the baking dish.
- Evenly spread the buffalo chicken mix onto the bottom of the sweet rolls. Then sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of the chicken mixture.
- Place the top of the rolls over the cheese. Spoon the melted butter mixture on top of the rolls evenly.
- Put foil over the baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes. Once baked, remove foil and allow the sliders to bake for 2-3 additional minutes to brown the tops.
- Allow the sliders to cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
