I’m gonna be honest, I don’t like grilling all that much. Starting the grill, waiting for the charcoal to heat up, standing outside in the heat next to a hot bbq, bugs . . . it’s not for me. How Do You Cook Drumsticks In An Oven
- Preheat oven to 425ºF
- Toss the chicken drumsticks with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper. Transfer chicken legs to a greased roasting dish or rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake chicken 35-40 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165ºF.
- Brush chicken with bbq sauce then broil on high 3-5 minutes then serve.
