My regional flavor submission was going to be Roasted Garlic because I live in garlic country. Anyone ever been to the Gilroy Garlic Festival? If not, you are missing out on your chance to try garlic ice cream!
Well, as it happens, the Lay’s brand already has a roasted garlic flavored chip. How could I have missed that?
So, change of plans. My flavor idea is Garlic Stuffed Green Olive.
Every time I drive through Corning, I stop by The Olive Pit to buy jars of fresh local olives. My favorite is the garlic stuffed olives.

I think a salty, briny, garlicky chip would be amazing!

- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1½ Cups Shredded Italian Cheese Blend reserve 1/2 cup for topping
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese – softened
- 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon Cracked Pepper
- 1 Cup Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
- 40 Roasted Garlic Cloves – chopped
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mix all ingredients and transfer to a 27oz baking dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until top is browned and bubbly.
