Spicy Crab Sushi Bowl Recipe

There is nothing better than going to an awesome sushi restaurant and enjoying a fresh sushi roll. Unfortunately I don’t live near any sushi joints anymore and it can be quite expensive if you go often.

That is what’s great about this Spicy Crab Sushi Bowl, make it at home, enjoy it at home and save money too!

Plus, you control the ingredients. Use cauli-rice instead of grain rice and this recipe will be grain free, Paleo and Whole30 compliant!

No sushi bowl is complete without black and toasted sesame seeds. I use these Rodelle Sesame Seeds to add that great flavor and crunch. They are also fantastic on top of salad!

How can you make this recipe Grain Free, Paleo and Whole30 compliant?

Easy, just use cauliflower rice instead or regular rice. Here is a great tutorial: How To Make Cauliflower Rice. I prefer to cook my cauli-rice at medium high to brown it though and do not cover with a lid.

What tools do you need for this recipe?

For meal prep, I use these Glass Meal Prep Containers with Lids. Quality, sharp knives are always good to have in your kitchen. I use these Chef’s Foundry Ceramic Knives and LOVE them!
