I love cheese balls – savory or sweet. They are so easy to prepare and always make an impression at parties, potlucks and get-togethers.

This S’mores Cheese Ball is a simple blend of chocolate, graham crackers and marshmallows. All of your favorite S’mores ingredients.

  • If you are unable to find s’mores cereal – you can use a mixture of Golden Grahams, Cocoa Puffs and dehydrated marshmallows.
  • Adjust the powdered sugar to fit your tastes.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Marshmallow Fluff
  • ½ a cup Dehydrated Marshmallows
  • Small Pinch Salt
  • 2 cups S’more Cereal
  • ¼ cup Chocolate Icing
  • Piping Bag
  • Vanilla Wafers and Graham Crackers for dipping

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, marshmallow fluff, marshmallows, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix on high until well combined. Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Spread s’more cereal onto a large plate, crumble slightly.
  • Remove cream cheese mixture from the fridge and roll into a ball.
  • Roll ball in the s'more cereal until it is evenly coated.
  • Microwave chocolate icing for 30 seconds. Pour into a piping bag. Cut a small tip off the piping bag and drizzle chocolate over your cheeseball.
  • Place on a serving plate, surround with wafers and graham crackers.
