Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, marshmallow fluff, marshmallows, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Mix on high until well combined. Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Spread s’more cereal onto a large plate, crumble slightly.
Remove cream cheese mixture from the fridge and roll into a ball.
Roll ball in the s'more cereal until it is evenly coated.
Microwave chocolate icing for 30 seconds. Pour into a piping bag. Cut a small tip off the piping bag and drizzle chocolate over your cheeseball.
Place on a serving plate, surround with wafers and graham crackers.
