Are you ready for Valentine’s Day?  Did you buy the perfect gift, make reservations, order those flowers?

Yeah, me neither.

Here is something simple you can do for your sweetheart.  Make this Red Velvet Trifle!  Layers of fudgy red velvet brownies, white chocolate cream cheese and fresh strawberries.  This Valentine’s Day dessert recipe is sure to impress!

Okay, okay.  So this post isn’t a recipe per se.  It is actually two previous dessert recipes combined to make the ultimate Valentine’s Day treat!

This Red Velvet Trifle is a blend of my Red Velvet Brownie Recipe and my Marshmallow Fluff Fruit Dip.

You may remember that I suggested you save the brownie scraps after cutting the brownies into heart shapes.  Well, this is why.  To make a gorgeous red and white layered trifle.

Or, if you don’t have a Valentine this year.  Make this for yourself.  Eat it while watching a marathon of The Walking Dead (or whatever favorite tv show).  Sounds like the perfect Valentine’s Day to me!  You don’t even have to shave your legs!
