PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED PEACHES with mozzarella and basil are a super easy yet elegant appetizer. The perfect combination of sweet, salty, creamy and earthy.

These make for a great summertime appetizer – easy, fresh, tasty and made into individual finger food servings.
The salty prosciutto highlights the fresh sweetness of the peaches. While the mozzarella balls and basil add a creamy earthy layer. The sprouts are optional as they just dress these up a bit. A drizzle of honey or balsamic glaze would be welcome additions here.

Ingredient Options:
- Use nectarines or apricots in place of peaches.
- Topping Options: honey, balsamic glaze, chopped pistachios, fresh cracked pepper, tajin, etc.

PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED PEACHES
Equipment
Ingredients
- 3-4 fresh peaches
- 20 - 21 mini mozzarella balls
- 10 – 12 prosciutto slices
- Fresh Basil leaves
- Sprouts optional
Instructions
- Wash and pit the peaches. Cut each peach into 8 pieces.
- Cut each piece of prosciutto in half. You can cut or tear with your hands.
- Wrap each piece of peach with a slice of prosciutto. Add a basil leaf and a mini mozzarella ball on top.
- Secure with a skewer.
- Sprinkle with the sprouts and serve on a large platter.
