mini mozzarella balls

– 12 prosciutto slices

Fresh Basil leaves

Sprouts

Instructions
Wash and pit the peaches. Cut each peach into 8 pieces.
Cut each piece of prosciutto in half. You can cut or tear with your hands.
Wrap each piece of peach with a slice of prosciutto. Add a basil leaf and a mini mozzarella ball on top.
Secure with a skewer.
Sprinkle with the sprouts and serve on a large platter.
