- Marinated Artichokes
- Thin Sliced Salami
- Crumbled Feta
- Olive Oil
- Lemon
- Red Wine Vinegar
- Brown Mustard
- Garlic Powder
- Fresh Dill
- Fresh Parsley
- Salt/Pepper
How To Make Greek Pasta Salad
- Combine all prepared pasta salad ingredients in large bowl.
- Mix all dressing ingredients then pour mixture over pasta salad.
- Toss until pasta salad is evenly coated.
- Salt and pepper to taste.

- 16 ounce Fusilli Pasta - prepared according to package instructions
- 10 ounces Cherry Tomatoes - halved
- 1 Large Cucumber - peeled sliced, quartered
- 1 Red Bell Pepper - seeded chopped
- 1 Orange Bell Pepper - seeded chopped
- 1/2 Red Onion - finely chopped
- 1 Cup Sliced Olives Black, Kalamata or Green
- 1 Cup Chopped Marinated Artichokes
- 4 ounces Thin Sliced Salami - quartered
- 1 Cup Crumbled Feta
- Dressing:
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Brown Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Dill
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Chopped Parsley
- Salt/Pepper - to taste
