Ingredients

  • Pasta Salad:
  • 16 ounce Fusilli Pasta - prepared according to package instructions
  • 10 ounces Cherry Tomatoes - halved
  • 1 Large Cucumber - peeled sliced, quartered
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper - seeded chopped
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper - seeded chopped
  • 1/2 Red Onion - finely chopped
  • 1 Cup Sliced Olives Black, Kalamata or Green
  • 1 Cup Chopped Marinated Artichokes
  • 4 ounces Thin Sliced Salami - quartered
  • 1 Cup Crumbled Feta
  • Dressing:
  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Dill
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Chopped Parsley
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all prepared pasta salad ingredients in large bowl.
  • Mix all dressing ingredients then pour mixture over pasta salad.
  • Toss until pasta salad is evenly coated.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
