Oven Baked Chicken Meatballs With Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

These baked meatballs are taken to the next level with buffalo sauce. Instead of traditional buffalo wings serve these buffalo chicken meatballs.

They are super easy to prepare, great for feeding a crowd and perfect for party food! Serve with blue cheese dip and celery just like you normally would serve buffalo chicken.

Are These Buffalo Meatballs Spicy

Yes!

But, this will also depend on the buffalo sauce you use. Feel free to decrease the amount of buffalo sauce in the meatball mixture and on the outside to make a mild version.

Can These Meatballs Be Made Ahead

Yes they can be made ahead. You can either prepare and refrigerate the raw meatballs then cook just before serving. Or completely prepare the buffalo meatballs ahead and reheat before serving.

  • Ground Chicken
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Large Egg
  • Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Salt

How Do You Make Buffalo Spiced Chicken Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF
  2. In large bowl; combine chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, 1/4 cup buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
  3. Roll into 10 large meatballs and transfer to a greased roasting dish.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  5. Toss with remaining buffalo sauce and serve with blue cheese dip, celery and carrots.

Optional: Brown meatballs in oil over medium high heat before transfering to baking dish.
