Cooking a turkey breast in your air fryer is a great way to prepare a small holiday dinner or to have extra turkey for a large gathering. This turkey recipe is super simple with fresh herbs to let the turkey shine.

INGREDIENT OPTIONS:

  • HERBS – Dried herbs can be used in place of fresh herbs.
  • OIL – Olive oil can be used instead of avocado oil.
  • TURKEY – Bone-in turkey breast can be used. An additional 10-15 minutes will be needed to cook through.

HOW MANY DOES A 3LB BONELESS TURKEY BREAST SERVE?

A 3Lb boneless turkey breast will serve 4-6 people depending how hungry they are.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds boneless turkey breast thawed
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Rub the turkey breast with avocado oil. Sprinkle the turkey breast with spices and fresh herbs.
  • Place the turkey breast in a greased air fryer basket, skin side up. Cook at 370ºF for 20 minutes. Flip the turkey breast and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer, cook to 165ºF internal temp.
  • Let the turkey rest for 5-10 minutes before carving.
