Cream Cheese Spinach Pinwheels

Tortilla Pinwheels are great because they are easy and can be made ahead of time. Perfect for parties, holidays or just for lunch these tasty little bites are for any occasion.

There are so many varieties of tortilla roll ups. This version is a simple combo of cream cheese, bacon, spinach and cheese. Use regular or spinach tortillas. We are packing a ton of flavor into each bite!

Ingredients Needed For Spinach Pinwheels (screenshot for grocery list)

  • Large Tortillas
  • Cream Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Ranch Seasoning
  • Bacon
  • Baby Spinach
  • Shredded Sharp Cheddar
  • Chives
  • Salt/Pepper

How To Make A Cream Cheese Spinach Roll Ups

  1. Let tortillas and cream cheese warm at room temp.
  2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and seasoning. Mix.
  3. Add spinach, bacon, cheese, chives, salt and pepper. Mix.
  4. Spread mixture onto tortillas leaving space around the edges. Roll tightly then slice into bite sized pinwheels.

  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream optional
  • 1 Tablespoon Dry Ranch Seasoning optional
  • 6 Slices Cooked Bacon - finely chopped
  • 2 Cups Chopped Baby Spinach
  • 1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Chives
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste
