BACON SPINACH ROLL UPS

Bacon Spinach Roll Ups are quick and easy appetizer to serve at holidays or parties. Bacon, spinach and cream cheese wrapped into a tortilla pinwheel make a great appetizer, snack or lunch.

Ingredients

  • 6 Large Tortillas - regular or spinach
  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream optional
  • 1 Tablespoon Dry Ranch Seasoning optional
  • 6 Slices Cooked Bacon - finely chopped
  • 2 Cups Chopped Baby Spinach
  • 1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Chives
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste

Instructions

  • Let tortillas and cream cheese warm at room temp.
  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream and seasoning. Mix.
  • Add spinach, bacon, cheese, chives, salt and pepper. Mix.
  • Spread mixture onto tortillas leaving space around the edges. Roll tightly then slice into bite sized pinwheels.
