Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives + extra for coating
  • ¾ cup ground pecans
  • 6 oz bacon cooked and chopped

Instructions

  • Mix softened cream cheese, shredded parmesan, ground pepper, fresh chives, and ground pecans until combined.
  • Use your hands to roll cheese balls, coat with chopped bacon and chopped chives, pressing onto the bites so they stick.
  • Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set.
