BACON CHIVE MINI CHEESE BALLS

- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp ground pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives + extra for coating
- ¾ cup ground pecans
- 6 oz bacon cooked and chopped
Instructions
- Mix softened cream cheese, shredded parmesan, ground pepper, fresh chives, and ground pecans until combined.
- Use your hands to roll cheese balls, coat with chopped bacon and chopped chives, pressing onto the bites so they stick.
- Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set.
