This sauce is sweetened with honey and pineapple juice. Fresh garlic and peppers give it the great flavor. And Thrive® Culinary Algae Oil gives it the silky consistency that is perfect with just about anything!

Once you make the Sweet Chili Sauce Recipe it is time to fire up that grill!

I did a simple skewer of shrimp and pineapple. I coated the skewers with Thrive® Algae Oil to prevent sticking.

Grilled pineapple is freaking awesome! If you haven’t tried it, trust me, get that pineapple on the grill.

This sauce pairs perfectly with the shrimp and pineapple. Serve them on top of salad greens for a fresh summer meal. You can use about half the sauce for the skewers and the remaining sauce as a salad dressing if you like. I added a splash of pineapple juice to thin down the sauce and drizzle over my salad.
