  • Fresh fruit such as pomegranate seeds, red grapes, dark cherries, blueberries or blackberries
  • Jams for spreading on crackers
  • Fresh herbs such as rosemary or thyme sprigs, or sugared rosemary for garnishing

  • 3 Brie Cheese Wheels in various sizes
  • Dried fruit or blueberries for buttons and face
  • Sliced carrot for nose
  • 1 sliced fig for the hat
  • Pretzel sticks used for hat and/or arms
  • Rosemary sprigs for arms or garnish
  • Sliced or cubed cheese
  • Variety of crackers and pretzels
  • Mini Donuts
  • Figs
  • Olives
  • Hard salami or snacking meats
  • Dried fruit such as cranberry or raisins
  • Variety of nuts and seeds such as cashews pecans, and pumpkin seeds
  • Fresh fruit such as pomegranate seeds red grapes, dark cherries, blueberries or blackberries

Instructions

  • Add the cheese wheels to the center of your serving tray to create a snowman body.
  • Create the face and buttons with the dried fruit or berries.
  • Slice salami into strips and create a scarf for the snowman.
  • Add a fig with pretzels for a top hat and use pretzels or herbs for the arm branches.
  • Arrange any crackers and dips onto the board.
  • Fill the board in by adding in fresh fruit, olives, and cheeses. Place darker fruit at the top of the board to create the “sky”.
  • Add nuts and dried fruit to fill in any gaps.
  • Slice additional cheese with star cutters and arrange on top of the fruit.
