Baked Beef Cheddar Sliders

Another great slider recipe for you to try. If you like the Beef n Cheddar at Arby’s you will certainly enjoy this mini homemade version. Just a few simple ingredients and you have a delicious dish that everyone will love.

INGREDIENT OPTIONS:

  • Use your preferred cheese. Havarti, muenster and American cheese are all great super melty options.
  • Add more sliced roast beef if preferred.
  • Regular dinner rolls or slider rolls can be used in place of Hawaiian rolls.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 16 oz package Hawaiian rolls 12 count
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb deli roast beef thinly sliced
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon minced dried onion
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fresh minced parsley
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Spray the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Slice the sheet of Hawaiian rolls in half crosswise and place the bottom half into the baking dish.
  • Add 6 slices of cheddar cheese onto the bottom layer of rolls.
  • Layer the roast beef across the top of the cheese.
  • Drizzle the BBQ Sauce across the top of the roast beef.
  • Place the remaining cheddar cheese slices across the top of the roast beef.
  • Place the top bun layer back onto the sliders.
  • Mix together the melted butter, Worcestershire, Dijon mustard, minced dried onion and poppy seeds. Generously brush across the tops of the slider buns.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the sliders are warmed through and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove foil and bake for another 3-5 minutes to brown the tops of the sliders.
  • Garnish with fresh minced parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
