Homemade Strawberry FroYo
I have another Quick, Simple, Healthy and Delicious treat for you …Strawberry FroYo!
I love frozen yogurt. Not only is it super tasty but I can give it to my daughter and know that she is getting a nutritious treat instead of nasty junk food.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Pureed Strawberries
You can also replace the sugar listed in this recipe with your favorite substitute to really bump up the health factor. This recipe makes 1 pint of FroYo.
Mix all ingredients together and use one of the three homemade ice cream methods (or in this case homemade frozen yogurt).
