I have another Quick, Simple, Healthy and Delicious treat for you …Strawberry FroYo!
I love frozen yogurt.  Not only is it super tasty but I can give it to my daughter and know that she is getting a nutritious treat instead of nasty junk food.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Pureed Strawberries

You can also replace the sugar listed in this recipe with your favorite substitute to really bump up the health factor.
This recipe makes 1 pint of FroYo.

Mix all ingredients together and use one of the three homemade ice cream methods (or in this case homemade frozen yogurt).

Click Here for detailed instructions on the three methods.
