How Do You Dress Up A Watermelon?
This is the perfect way to enjoy watermelon all summer long.
It is also great if you happen to get a watermelon that has bland or underwhelming flavor. Make this salad and you can still enjoy the fresh watermelon.
Have any leftovers? Freeze it then blend for an tasty and healthy slushy!
Ingredients Needed For Watermelon and Berry Salad (screenshot for grocery list)
- Seedless Watermelon
- Blueberries
- Blackberries
- Mint
- Limes
- Honey
- Sea Salt
How To Make Watermelon Mint Berry Salad
- Slice watermelon, remove rind, chop watermelon into bite sized pieces.
- In large bowl, combine watermelon, blueberries, blackberries and mint.
- Mix together lime juice, honey and salt. Pour mixture over watermelon and berries.
- Toss until watermelon and berries are evenly coated with dressing.
*For a fun presentation: hollow out half of the watermelon rind. Fill it with the prepared salad. Garnish with mint and thinly sliced lime.

- 8 ounces Fresh Blueberries
- 8 ounces Fresh Blackberries
- Handful of Mint - chopped or sliced
- 1 Medium Lime
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- Pinch Sea Salt

- Slice watermelon then remove rind. Chop watermelon into bite sized pieces.
- In large bowl, combine watermelon, blueberries, blackberries and mint.
- Mix together lime juice, honey and salt. Pour mixture over watermelon and berries.
