Ingredients

  • 2-4 Bananas
  • 6 scoops of Cookies and Cream Ice Cream
  • 1 Hershey's Cookies and Cream Bar optional
  • 4 Oreos crumbled
  • 4 oz. of Cool Whip
  • ½ a cup of Chocolate Icing
  • Maraschino Cherries

Instructions

  • Place a peeled banana to each side of your serving dish. Place three scoops of ice cream down the center.
  • Melt the Hershey bar in the microwave. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir vigorously. Repeat this until melted and smooth.
  • Pour your melted chocolate over your ice cream and add three more scoops of ice cream on top.
  • Add thawed Cool Whip to your piping bag with a 1M tip on the end. Pipe cool whip on top. (Or you can dollup it on top or use spray can whipped cream)
  • Add as many cherries as you would like.
  • Place your frosting in the microwave for 30 seconds to one minute. Let cool slightly so it doesn’t melt your piping bag. Pour into your piping bag and cut a small tip off the end. Drizzle your banana split with chocolate. (Or use a jarred chocolate sauce)
  • Top with crumbled Oreos. You can add additional bananas and Oreos if you prefer.
