Homemade Meatball Sandwich

This Meatball Sub Sandwich is a quick and easy dinner idea.  I like to make a double batch of meatballs.  I use half of the meatballs in some sort of pasta dish and the rest can be used to make this delicious sandwich!  Use your favorite family recipe or check out my recipe for Extra Garlicky Meatballs.  You can also use the frozen, store bought meatballs.

Meatball Sub Sandwich:

Get those precooked meatballs cooking in a pot of sauce over medium heat.  Once the meatballs are heated through, transfer to a sandwich roll.  Top with Ragú sauce and mozzarella cheese (shredded or sliced).  Broil in the oven until cheese is melty and bubbly.  Dinner Time!

Don’t stress at dinnertime.  Have fun with it!

Enjoy tasty meals with your family.  The family table will create memories and connections that will last a lifetime!
