CREAM CHEESE OLIVE TORTILLA ROLL UPS
These CREAM CHEESE OLIVE TORTILLA ROLL UPS are the perfect appetizer recipe for holidays, game day or parties. Cream cheese, olives, red peppers and spices rolled up into tortillas then sliced into bite sized snacks.
In a large bowl, add the room temperature cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon juice. Blend with a hand mixer. Once combined, fold in the chopped dill, green and black olives, and red peppers.
Place tortilla on a flat surface, using a spatula, spread about ½ cup of the cream cheese mixture onto the tortilla. Make sure to spread the mixture just to the edge of the tortilla.
Roll up the tortilla with the cream cheese filling and wrap it with clear plastic wrap. Repeat for all 4 tortillas. Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes then unwrap and cut into ¾-inch slices.
Optional: Arrange in the shape of a Christmas tree on your favorite platter or board. Decorate with rosemary, cherry tomatoes, and decorative holiday pics!
Notes
*No need for the rosemary, tomatoes and holiday toothpicks if not preparing as a Christmas tree shape.
